Proof of Identification Required for Visitation

Visitors shall show proof of identity prior to admission.

Identification will be in the form of:

• State Driver’s License
• State Identification Card
• Passport
• Agency/School Identification Card
• Military Identification Card
• Birth Certificates of Biological Children
