Carroll County Delegation

Carroll County Delegation will meet Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. at 95 Water Village Road, County Administration Building, 2nd Floor Meeting Room, Ossipee, New Hampshire for the purpose of conducting two public hearings.

Public Hearing – Supplemental Appropriation

To accept and expend Covid-19 related funds in the calendar year 2021 that were not previously accounted for with the approval of the 2021 budget.

                                                            Revenue            $322,600

                                                            Expense             $250,500

To consider a request from the Carroll County Board of Commissioners to appropriate $305,000 for the purpose of market wage adjustments for Mountain View Community nursing staff.

Public Hearing – Capital Reserve Change of Purpose

To consider changing the purpose of the previously established Water Tower Capital Reserve Fund to “for the purpose of future repair or replacement of the County water system” and to designate the Carroll County Board of Commissioners as agents to expend from said fund.

Following the public hearings, the Delegation will act on the approval of the supplemental appropriations and capital reserve change of purpose.

The Delegation will also review the 1st Quarter 2021 Expense and Revenue reports and consider and act on any other business brought properly before the meeting.
