Refunding Bonds and Registry of Deeds Bonds

Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 1:00 p.m.

There will be a public hearing before the Carroll County Delegation on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Carroll County Administration Building, 2nd Floor Meeting Room, 95 Water Village Road, Ossipee, NH.  The purpose of the hearing is for the following:

  1.  To receive public comment regarding the issuance of refunding bonds to refinance the current Mountain View Community Nursing Home bond.
  2. To receive public comment regarding the issuance of bonds to finance a multi-year project for the archival restoration of Carroll County Registry of Deeds records.
  3. To address any other matters that may come before the Delegation.

Immediately following the Public Hearing

The Carroll County Delegation will meet on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, immediately following the 1:00 p.m. public hearing at Carroll County Administration Building, 2nd Floor Meeting Room, 95 Water Village Road, Ossipee, NH.  The purpose of the meeting is for the following:

  1. To vote to authorize the issuance of refunding bonds to refinance the current Mountain View Community Nursing Home bond.
  2. To vote to authorize the issuance of bonds to finance a multi-year project for the archival restoration of Carroll County Registry of Deeds records.
  3. To address any other matters that may come before the Delegation.
