Carroll County Communication District Planning Committee

There will be a meeting of the Carroll County “Communication District Planning Committee” on Wednesday, March 23rd at 10AM at the Carroll County Complex 95 Water Village Road, in Ossipee NH in the “old ANNEX Building” meeting room (cafeteria). The “old ANNEX Building” is past the county administration building as you turn into the complex and is directly behind the new Carroll County Nursing Home. The public is invited to join the meeting in person or virtually via ZOOM.

Proposed tentative Organization Meeting Agenda to include: 1. Roll call for attendance (All votes taken will be by roll call) 2. Roll Call vote on the nominated chairperson, clerk, and treasurer per the requirements of NH RSA 53-G (53-G:2) 3. Discuss the responsibilities of the committee - Communications District Planning Committee; Formation and Responsibilities. 4. Questions regarding NH RSA 91 A – Access to Governmental Records and Meetings – RTK law 5. Carroll County $30,000 ARPA Grant for a consultant – and reports required 6.
