Public Hearing – Capital Reserve Change of Purpose
Carroll County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at 95 Water Village Road, County Administration Building, 2nd Floor Meeting Room, Ossipee, New Hampshire.
To consider renaming the previously established Water Tower Capital Reserve Fund to “Accrued Benefits Liability and Sick Bank Non-Capital Reserve Fund” for the purpose of providing payment of accrued time owed to employees upon separation or retirement and to provide a Sick Bank for use by the County employees whose accrued time is exhausted and to designate the Carroll County Board of Commissioners as agents to expend from said fund.
