PUBLIC NOTICE
Carroll County Delegation will convene Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Carroll County Administration Building, 2nd Floor Meeting Room, 95 Water Village Road, Ossipee, New Hampshire.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a public hearing on the Carroll County Commissioners’ request to rename the Water Tower Capital Reserve to “Accrued Benefits Liability and Sick Bank Non-Capital Reserve Fund”. And to further change the purpose to “provide payment of accrued time owed to employees upon separation or retirement and to provide a Sick Bank for use by County employees whose accrued time is exhausted and to designate the Carroll County Board of Commissioners as agents to expend from said fund.”
The Delegation will also establish the 2023-24 elected officials’ compensation in accordance with NH RSA 23:7, review the first quarter 2022 financials, and conduct any other business brought properly before the meeting.
The Executive Committee will meet at 3:00 p.m., or immediately following the full Delegation meeting, at the same location, to consider line-item transfers.
A quorum of the Carroll County Commissioners may be in attendance.
